Op zondagmiddag per e-mail een vraag gesteld en ik kreeg binnen 10 minuten een antwoord. Direct daarna een voorraadmodel Aeron besteld en kreeg te horen dat deze op woensdag of donderdag bezorgd zou worden. Dat gebeurde inderdaad prompt op donderdag met een heldere uitleg erbij. Top service!

Een goede en snelle service. Er wordt de tijd voor je genomen en keuzemogelijkheden worden uitgebreid besproken. Ook als men vindt dat je ze niet nodig hebt, wordt dit eerlijk gezegd. Levering was snel en zoals afgesproken met een uitgebreide toelichting van de stoel.

Meeting the owner Heerco was the great pleasure, since he is THE expert for this subject. I guess this is not strange, since he worked for more than 20 years in Herman Miller. Was looking for a comfortable office chair with a lot of extra requirements with respect of flexibility, support and last but not least a stylish design. I'm really, REALLY happy with this chair (Mirra 2), I think it's fantastic. Also I'm so glad about the advice you gave me during the delivery day, because having a great chair but then not being able to know what posture is good and what's bad doesn't help.I wish somebody at work would have advised me about not having the lower part of my wrist to the corner of the table! (they give us general clues but not that one, and I think I have got something in my fingers because of that... let's hope it goes away)

Excellent service. I bought a Harman Miller chair which didn't turn out to be a a perfect fit for me. I was able to swap this model for another one, which fitted better. Furthermore, the salesman knows fine details about the ergonomics and the production processes of the various models.
